Boston FIG Learns 2019 will take place on February 10th at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Please submit your talk by filling out this submission form. All presentations must be submitted to Boston FIG Learns by the original author of the presentation.

Notifications of acceptance will go out by January 13th, 2019.
Speakers are financially responsible for their own transportation and housing, though BostonFIG may be able to assist with finding free accommodations with other local attendees/indies. All BostonFIG Learns attendees and speakers will receive breakfast and lunch as part of the event.
BostonFIG is looking for strong presenters and content that has to do with digital, physical, and mixed media games in the areas of academic research, hands on/classroom experience, and student experience topics. The talks will be split up into 3 tracks: Academic, Classroom, and Student.
- Academic Topics: Presenting research on a particular topic of study relating to games.
- Hands on/Classroom Topics: Teaching techniques, museum games, gamified learning, using games in classroom settings, EDULarps, etc.
- Student Topics: Breaking into the industry, building portfolios, taking the right courses, understanding game businesses, etc.
Other topics will be considered that don't fit these categories if the topic is particularly interesting.
